I ordered a few curtains worth 5k from Pepperfry website on 10th Feb 2021. But the product items received were completely different from the items displayed on the website. But despite making several requests my return request has not been approved. Also, to my dismay, the rudeness of the customer executives at Pepperfry and the way they treat their customer is beyond anybody’s imagination.
So I would humbly request you to look into this matter and help me return or replace these curtains as they are totally worthless to me. Below is the order number for your reference:
