I had submitted a product return request on 27 dec ,but no action was taken on it
After that i mailed your grievanceofficer@pepperfry.com on 1st jan but no reply.
Then i called customer care and ask about it, then he say pls mail on
CS@papperfry.com, i did it
After that a followup call came and said that your problem will be solved in 24
hours.
But after that neither call came nor now customer care call back
