I have ordered Shoe cabinet from Pepperfry and the product the wrongly assembled and one of the door is not correctly fitting. I have been following up with customer service and their case Manager, her name is Siddi, she is lying to me that carpenter is not available need to get update from him. I already spoke to carpenter who visited my home and he also agreed that extra holes would be there on product if they assemble as per pepper fry design. These PPL are harassing daily and lost my mental peace as the product is ta my home and I am taking care of it unnecessary. Siddi is very inefficient lady and lying to me everytime when I try to reach her.
