Hello,

My name is Aniket Lad. I have placed an order from Amazon on 17th December 2022.(ORDER # 403-5221953-6629135 with the name of Aniket Lad) According to your product discription it’s showing a Pepe branded Men’s regular jeans but when you delivered it, It was of local brand and not in good condition it was used.

so could you guys help me out with it because when I call your customer support they are stating it’s not their problem and not processing the refund because now they are telling that they have sent the branded one and we have exchanged the order they sent the proper product.

As per policy if customer don’t like the product by any ways they can return it and take there money back. But your company is not providing a good customer support they are not answering me properly. I want resolution anyways as I spent 2000 for that and I can’t accept the local product you can also check the history of my account as I m the Amazon Prime customer since 5 years. This was the worst behavior.

I hope that Amazon won’t do fraud with me and do the best to solve my issue.
