I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with my recent order experience. I placed an order for a pack of two joggers with order number 4609721. However, to my shock and dismay, upon receiving the package today, I found a worn-out, toned old jeans instead of the joggers I had ordered. This mix-up is not only unacceptable but also incredibly frustrating its covered in plastic, and resembled a scam rather than a reputable company’s delivery.
My distress is compounded by the fact that despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to contact anyone at People Style regarding this issue. The provided email address seems incorrect, bouncing back my emails, and the provided contact number appears to be non-existent. This lack of proper contact information or any avenue for resolution is deeply concerning and adds to the feeling of being deceived by your company.
I urgently request your immediate attention to rectify this situation. I demand either a full refund for the incorrect item sent or the timely delivery of the actual joggers I initially ordered. Additionally, I implore you to update and provide functional contact information so that customers like me can seek assistance when faced with such unfortunate incidents.
I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and take swift action to resolve this issue.
