I fail to understand the incomplete response from you regarding this trail incident, after so much mail but still you guys are not able to understand the pain.

Our Refund against the below transaction is still pending since one and half month, I was already provided the ref no obtained form Cr Card Bank as asked by you
- Transaction No- 022006590753 Dt-07-08-2020 from our Credit Card for Rs.452/- was done for which refund is awaited.
- Transaction reference nos received from CR Card Bank as asked by Tata Sky team is – 390 220 221 782 264.
Please get this refund immediately without further delay.
