I placed an order for a product on Ajio website on 27th March for Rs. 729/-. The payment was done through Gpay and the amount was successfully deducted from my Gpay account. However, when I downloaded the Ajio App and checked the website, there was nothing in “My orders”. I raised a complaint with the customer service team at Ajio on 28th March, shared screenshots and also shared the payment gateway reference number but they have been pushing my complaint and there has been no resolution whatsoever.
