I sold 60 grams of silver on DigiGold (Amrapali Online Venture Pvt Ltd) on 15th October 2025. The platform shows the payment status as “Pending Payment” till date (22nd October 2025), and the amount ₹9,474.42 has not been credited to my linked SBI bank account.
Despite multiple follow-ups with DigiGold customer support through app, email, and social forums, I have not received any resolution or refund. I have also filed complaints with MCA, National Consumer Helpline, and raised tickets on multiple government complaint portals, but the issue remains unresolved.
This delay is causing me financial loss and mental harassment. As per DigiGold refund policy, refund should be completed within 7 working days, but the timeline has already expired. I request urgent refund of the full amount ₹9,474.42 and compensation for the undue delay and harassment, as per applicable consumer protection laws.
I have attached the transaction screenshot showing pending payment status along with invoice copy and complaint references.
