hi parth this side from pack man one of Vodafone customer. we have been facing a lot of inconvenience and trouble from the company and their is no single authority to answer. currently, our company is having 5 sim card as follows

initially, this card was postpaid from which we have used only two numbers so far but are paying a regular bill for all of them. when we get delayed in paying our bill we get a fine ( no conditions applied ).

on 13.3.20 all the documents were submitted in full and ensuring personally regarding all other requirements as per company requirement.

the process was done to change the above number to a prepaid one. i was given confirmation from the staff that your process is done and you won’t be charged for postpaid from now. that particular day I paid RS 7100 for the process which included the due bill for postpaid and around Rs650 on each card for the change ( postpaid to the prepaid 3-month plan). the process was done before 9 days of Janata curfew. once the full payment was done i was given 5 new Simcard with the same number which was for prepaid instead of postpaid.

after getting the confirmation from the company and getting the new sim for the same i was sure that the process is done. recently we came to know that the process was not done due to lockdown ( payment and process was done before 9 days of lockdown).

After that i visited the Vodaphone store on 1,June, 20 for the same and was outside standing in for two hours and when i got my turn thay were like we are not able to do the same due to lockdown ( which was after 9 days of the process and full payment done) but we will process and your sim will be active and you dont have to pay anything. they only active 4 sim from the 5 sim card and dint do the same for one sim.

Again i visited Vodafone office on Monday morning for the same and was in waiting for more than two hours and they kept me waiting and waiting for no reason. one of Vodafone team member told me you that pay 650 on each sim card and we will do the process ( which was not informed me on my previous two visits ).

I have already paid Rs 3250 extra and on top of it they were asking for more RS 3250 because they dint do their job on time is not my problem. the only reason i am writing this email is that, i have given this number to people and dont want to go through the process again.

I have given the first half of two of my office days for the same and do not want to give any more time or money for the same. the company keeps on calling for the bill again and again and their is no responsible person to answer for the same. when I ask them to connect to superior they disconnect the phone and call again for the same.

when I go to the office the staff is really rude and they don’t give any answer for the same. we keep on getting calls for the payment and they have no answer apart from LOCKDOWN ( it was done before 9 days for the same ).

if we are delayed we have to pay a fine so as per this situation company has to pay a fine instead of charging more. No one from the staff is giving any answer and are really rude for the same. I am not willing to give any more time or money for the same. please let me know what should be done as its big company no one listens or gives proper answer.
