I booked a trip on MakeMyTrip for my honeymoon but due to current COVID situation and lockdown in Delhi I have to postpone my wedding for next two months and due to this it won’t be possible for me to travel as per my current trip plan i.e. on 13th May, so I have requested MakeMytrip to reschedule the trip for later time (6th July) but instead of understanding the current situation they are asking us to pay INR 44000/- as a penalty for rebooking.
I am not asking MakeMyTrip to cancel my trip and refund the money but they should consider current COVID situation and rebook the trip without any penalty.
