I am using PAYTM, and this postpaid facility was added by mistake on my FASTAG facility problems. But, I never desired to use it. Any way due to lack awareness, I am paying late fee from Feb.2022. Till date I have paid Rs. 6175 late fee.
I don’t want this service and not aware about it. It automatically deduct from my account for purchases. No phone calls or messages for payment before date. In this way I had paid 8 times late fee. Today I have checked my postpaid account first time and found this cheating by Paytm. I requested to your employees whenever they call me for payments that please close it, but no action. I raise this issue in app also, but no help.
It’s killing me like anything .
Please help me in closing this service immediately.
Also suggest how to get this amount back, because I never desired for such services.
I don’t know how it happened.
