Text of Complaint by Prashant Srivastava:

I paid my electricity bill on 15 May 2022. But that payment was not complete at kesco side. Money was Debited from my bank account on 15 May 2022.
When I called them they told me. Payment was not done some Internet issue. Your payment was refund in 3 working day.
Today I again call there and they told me it take 7-10 days. I don’t think they have any intention to refund my money.
