I am getting frequent failure messages while transfering payzapp balance to bank accounts. I have added rs 4500 from my credit card to payzapp on oct 23. But only rs.3500 is shown as added to payzapp. all transactions from payzapp to bank accounts got failed, upon checking the account to which payzapp fund was transferred,i can see that the amount has not been added to the bank account and the amount is not yet refunded even after two days!
Out of the total of rs.4500 , only 3500 got credited to payzapp, the remaining rs.1000 is not credited to payzapp or refunded back to credit card
Their customer support numbers does not exist and they wont even reply to the mails inspite of sending around 6 mails already in last two days!! HDFC customer care says that they cannot do anything about issues related to payzapp.
Worst experience ever!! Nobody should be using this app ever!
