I placed an order for Lenovo Desktop PC against their PAYTMCASH of Rs.2000 on payment through BOB CC, on 10th Aug. 2020. This order has no return policy. Order was delivered to me on 16th Aug. 20, however, the PAYTMCASH of Rs.2000 as promised by them on their list page, sofar.
I contacted them at care@paytm.com on this issue, however, they are only giving me a stereo-type templated reply as:
I would have been happy to issue the cashback however, I can’t add cashback as bank offer is valid on selected products in car & bikes and automobiles category for the order 11470198220.
I repeatedly asked them through replies to check and confirm whether my ordered item falls on productes in car & bikes and automobiles category, as stated in their reply. However, I am only getting the above mentioned content as the reply.
PAYTMMALL has nowadays changed verymuch, as they do not confirm any orders placed on them with mail and in their order page also they do not mention the cashback offer availed for the order placed on them.
Hence, customers who wish to purchase from PAYTMMALL are requested to think twice before ordering anything from them and take all the proofs/snapshots before completing their order placement which will be useful in future, in case of failure to compliance by PAYTMMALL
