I Purchaed laptop from paytmmall. was expecting INR 4000 cashback on my card in 7 days.
I raised the ticket with paytm. there’s no human to talk to. the bot replies same message saying you will receive it in 90 days of order. IT’s been over 90 days now and I still haven’t received cashback.
I can’t even talk to them. phone numbers are just IVRs. no human anywhere.
