I perchase a head phone form paymall and I have returned and pickup is done successfully .but there is no information abut the refund.i try callng paytm customer care help line no but they never pick up the call.i have tried more than 50time but the never pick the call and keep my call in hold.even I tried messing through paytm app but they never replay. Hope I you never use paytm after this problem.
