Text of Complaint by K Madhubabu:

As part of personal loan agreement, it was taken ECS mandate for EMI Repayment. but, if we missed out dates, there is no channel to repay the EMI. Even if we reach they will not give proper response and askes us to quote in the 24/7 only. but24/7 care service also will not have proper details to respond. its completely, imposing interest without responding. i have missed out to keep sufficient funds before 5th, but the ECS presented in my bank on 4th itself. due to insufficient funds, it was levied fine. and i tried to pay 5th as it was the EMI date, there is no channel to repay the EMI. but on 8th it will be presented to me with interest and bounce charges in the invoice.
