Dear Sir/ Madam, Myself Vani Padmakumar. One of my husband’s friend transfered 10000 rs to my husband’s paytm wallet. All of a sudden it stopped working. It started showing pan card details is not updated. I have contacted paytm customer care and raised a complaint as they have suggested on January 8th 2020. Thay informed us that it will be resolved fast and will take 48 hours to affect in the wallet. No changes happened. We have called them after 2 days and again they asked us to raise another request. We have updated our pan card details more than 10 times, still the customer care people are so irresponsible about. Now i cannot use,or transfer the money to any other accounts. I request the concerned people to help us. We have contacted customer care people, but they are taking it lightly and are not ready to do anything about it.
