I had Rs. 93000 in my paytm wallet. But today when I wanted to add to the savings account it’s showing 0 balance, asking an additional money to be added to the wallet. I’ve been writing to them through mails and even called on the customer care number. But they seem to show no concern about the issue. This is very unethical of Paytm to harass the customers. Kindly help me out. Please. This is really very urgent.
