I have uploaded all the necessary KYC documents on the online portal and updated the nodal officer’s email ID many times, but my Paytm balance is still not activated. As a result, I am unable to use my Fastag. Please help me in activating my ID with my name or release my Fastag ID so that I can use another company’s Fastag ID, beacuse of this i was charged double.
