I am not a regular online customer. I used Paytm initially to receive money from customers & stopped doing so when I realised I will be charged commission for transferring my money from wallet to my account.
I tried kyc for a year & it just did not come through.
Now i reinstalled Paytm to atleast use up the wallet money on purchases…slowly realised that the transactions via Paytm were going from my bank & not wallet! During a support call i was told that i need to find a merchant with Paytm QR code ONLY to transfer from my wallet. Phew! For some one like me who isn’t a regular buyer, this essentially means I do not have access toy money.
