As i am having a merchant account of paytm. And i am using it since 2-3 years.
Recently i faced a login problem where i am login in to. Pass book option in paytm and it asks for the passcode
. Even after entering the right pass code paytm in not letting me access my account.. And transfer my money to my bank account.. Its been more than a week i am facin this problem and my moneh is stuck with paytm… Seems they have advantage of consumers money..
They are not letting me to change the pass code
When i tried 5o contact customer service, theg seems to b not interested in answering as i was waiting for 40 mins. On call and still. No response…
I tried multiple times to call them
I have call. List and proof of my patience that i kept while all these days…
I. Look. Forward to get it resolved asap or i have to file a legal complaint
