Hi There
My paytm wallet account is freezed by paytm saying that KYC is not updated. When i provided all my updated documents still they are not unfreezing mentioning that my name is not matching to my PAN details. When i told them after marriage name changed its been updated on my PAN and Aadhar. Still they are asking my personal details like marriage certificate, Marriage photos and my husband documents to prove i am married. When i refused to provide they are saying they are transfer my money which in Paytm wallet unless i provide these documents even to close the paytm Wallet account. Its been more than a week they are creating too much of hassle. During my difficulty time when my mother is hospitalized.
