My wallet freezed and i was unable to make any wallet transaction or it’s further usage.
Paytm 24×7 help line asked me to submit KYC nearby point. I visited all nearby KYC points but couldn’t complete it due to the merchants asked me to take online services for KYC update and refused to do it offline. I further contacted Paytm help and support contact number, but they also told me to update it at nearby KYC point. Requesting Paytm to help users to update KYC online for better process. It’s been so difficult to get KYC done by nearby point.
