Dear Sir,
I have a paytm wallet balance of Rs. 1322. However, whenever I am trying to make a payment through paytm app its showing wallet balance zero and default forcing me to deduct money from my bank. Suspecting that it might be issue with KYC, I have redone KYC on 09 March 2019. However, issue was not resolved. Calling customer care while entering OTP in IVR response system its repeatedly saying entering wrong OTP. Therefore, unable to talk to a customer service agent. I have also wrote messages through online app but even after 2 weeks no solution. I have also send an email to customer care by email bounces. Therefore putting my complain in this forum hoping for an early solution to this long standing problem.

I had Rs. 93000 in my Paytm wallet. But today when I wanted to add it in the savings ac, it’s showing 0 balance in the wallet even though I have the money. I’ve constantly reaching to the customer care services through mails and calls but they seem to show no concern about the issue. I urgently need the money. Kindly to look into the matter and help me out please.
