I am using paytm from past 4 years and regular user,in the month of Jan21,i had to travel outstation ,considering covid situation for online purchase,i created paytm account on my wife phone and transferred about INR 15000 from my bank and paytm wallet to her wallet,later she used her paytm for some time,but as i used to pay online she not used much and in mean time her phone was damaged and she had to change phone,
in new phone first her account was not opening up she took help of paytm and me and logged in after login her paytm wallet and paytm bank balance disappeared,and
i came back on feb21 and noticing this we are following up with paytm opened tickets,called paytm,then escalated to paytm nodal officer and shared all documents
they asked,including aadhar card,passport copy,paytm bank statement letter etc and later had several email communication with paytm nodal officer,and
he kept asking same document after sharing no reply,its more than 2 months,paytm nodal officers seems rude and adamant,i requested call back many times,
on insisting much he gave missed call once and never replied ,they are not ready to enable paytm wallet balance on paytm and paytm bank of my wife account,
i even told we are genuine we can also show original documents they can send executive at our home,as already we shared documents on email and paytm app,
but adamant staff not resolving our issue,we are suffering without any fault of us and our own money is hidden from us ,is this not strange
