Text of Complaint by Kinshuk Gupta:

My paytm wallet got freeze even though I had my KYC fully updated. I am unable to use my paytm wallet. Despite regularly contacting the customer support of the Paytm, they are not taking my grievance seriously. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
