Paytm Wallet has really troubled me recenly…I am having a balance im account of Rs 1400, However everytime I want to pay lie Rs 300 it says insufficient amount..I counld not understand so rechaged it around a month back..It still not able to pay…When I called at customer care now they are raising an issue of some KYC which though is complete because its Adhr verfied , still they want me to physically go at their Paytm centre to verify it….When I tole them that I want to close the account because of inadequete servicec they said I cant because I have to first go to their Paytm Centre , get that verified and then I can close…So I am not able to use my own money in the account and not able to close the account also….
