Through Paytm Utilities Option on MSEB Mahavitaran Website
I made a payment https://wss.mahadiscom.in/wss/wss_view_pay_bill.aspx (MAHAVITARAN – MSEB) website and
selected Paytm Option to pay bill through UPI (PhonePe Mobile Application).
After payment the amount was deducted through my Bank Account – (On PhonePe App the Transaction was Successful) but no confirmation was received from MSEB Regarding the receipt of payment.
I contacted MSEB helpdesk the are not able to locate the transaction on their system.
The payment was received by utilities-paytm@icici but was not forwarded to MSEB Website.
Please kindly check for this transaction and refund the amount into my bank account as soon as possible.
There is no option available to contact Paytm Customer Care for the payments made through 3rd Party UPI Apps.

I faced a similar problem on the same date for MSEB when I made payment just like you.
I’m also facing the same issue. What resolution did you get?
I also faced the same issue. I made payment on 23/7/2020. MSEB people are not able to locate the payment in their system neither I got the refund. Don’t know who to complain about this.
Did you receive any response from anyone?
