I have paid an amount of Rs 1380/- for KFC order on 15/12/2021 at 9:10pm but order was not placed however amount has been debited from my SBI account. Please check and refund the amount.

my name is jayakumar from vellore Tamilnadu, I had placed order bearing ID ; db87b39e-1954-4526-b6dd-70672a5dc89d on 27.7.23 , my amount was debited and no order was delivered , please take necessary steps to refund my amount. (Rs.410.56).
Already I had sent mail regarding above on 29.7.23, there is no response from your side. Excellate refund process..
