I have booked a flight ticket through Paytm and paid via Paytm postpaid unfortunately the ticket have cancelled by the airlines. But now the airlines is asking me to get the refund from agent that is Paytm. But they are not ready to sort out the problem it’s been 2 months they are not even responding properly.i have attached the ticket as well please help me out with this issue.
