Hi,
I am a Paytm customer with registered mobile number 9989982645. I have a cashback offer from Paytm like Flat ₹70 cashback for paying 7 payments using UPI. For 7th Payment I have paid using UPI at a merchant. For that I didn’t receive any cashback. When I have contacted Paytm, they are saying it’s UPI linked to bank account directly. I don’t know how and why UPI could be set up without a bank account. They are stating that the merchant is not registered with Paytm. Then why the merchant is having Paytm QR Scan display board without registration with Paytm. I am enclosing the merchant Paytm scanner, Transactions I have made.
Kindly look into the issue and help me in this regard.
