I had done a add money transaction in amazon through paytm payments bank debit card but the was cancelled due to some technical and network issues after entering otp..its been since 14 days but still i havent got the refund..the amazon ccs have given me the refund reference id but the paytm cc dont have any records of the refund transaction.please help..please reoly me so that i could share transaction id..
