My mother had got a call from the fraudster, who called her from a number saying payTm customer care on truecaller, created confusion that her KYC is not completed, made her download an app through which they hacked into PayTM, transferred money from debit card of the bank stored in Paytm into the wallet and then out of the wallet and then stole the bank details to make direct NEFT transactions from the bank transactions from the bank to the account. I sent all the screenshots and FIR to the the PayTM cyber cell and they knowing the fraud has happened came back saying that they cannot refund since the fraudster spent the money. They have not taken any responsibility and have not refunded the money stolen via PayTM either through PayTM or the bank details saved in PayTm,worth 2.5 lakhs.
