Hi,
I have made a payment to a guy for a phone using paytm and that guy turned out to be a fraud. I raised a complaint with Paytm and they didnt bother to call me for more than a month and now refusing to help me because the receiver has withdrawn the payment.
But why these people from paytm didnt call me or email me on time. Now they are actually supporting this FRAUD by saying no one has raised a complaint against this receiver. My answer to this question is: is that a justification of FRAUD?
They promised a call back but did NOT call me…just ro inform you that they have called me ONLY once in this whole FRAUD scenario where the person sounded completely unhelpful.
When I asked them for an escalation email address, these guys completely denied and they dont care whereever I raise the complaint. So I have decided to go to social media and consumer forum where there is enough help for normal citizens like us.
Please help me and many people like me who have concerns with PAYTM.
