On 16th April 15PM I GOT MY NEW MINI LAPTOP OF LENOVO. WHEN I OPENED I SEE ITS NOT STARTING I CALLED I BALL CARE THEY TRIED TO SOLVE THE ISSUE BUT THEY SAID YOU PLEASE REPLACE IT.
THEN AT SHARPE 15.20 PM I REQUESTED FOR RETURN OR REPLACE TO PAYTM. I GOT TEXT THAT THEY ACCEPTED MY REQUEST BEFORE 21ST APRIL PERSON WILL COME TO PICKUP. TILL 23RD NO ONE ARRIVE.
THEN I WROTE TO PAYTM CARE NOW THEY ARE GIVING ME A WRONG CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER AND THEY ARE SAYING VISIT ANY NEAREST BRANCH AND GET SOME DOA(DEAD ON ARRIVAL) I WENT TO IBALL CARE EVEN THEY ARE SAYING FOR ONLINE PRODUCT THEY CANT DO ANYTHING.
I INFORMED TO PAYTM NOW THEY ARE SAYING THEY CANT DO ANYTHING. MEANWHILE I GOT SCAMMED BY PAYTM OF 11000 APPROX BECAUSE MY EMI IS STARTING NOW SO I CANT EVEN GET REFUND.
