Sir/mam
I got a sound box from Paytm .The agent said the rental per month 1rupee.But they are deduct 49 rupees without my indimation.Still they are saying 29 rupees have due money.
I chat with customer service regarding this problem.They appology for that deduct my money.And also they said the deduct amount will be return to your wallet with in 7 days.But no response from them last 16 days.I enclose screen shot for your ref.
