I am not using my paytm sound box about a year not a single payment on Paytm because of the rental i have complained on costomer care but they cut the call and tell me that call cut because of technical issue they i am not using Paytm but they due the rental every month please they also not deactivate my account they are saying you have to pay

I have some issue with paytm actually i am not using any sound box still from last 5 months everytime rental payment has been debited from my account
I am too much frustrated now and infact i also done complaint againts that please deactivate my soundbox but the executives of paytm are not serious with their job n responsibilities because till the time i am not getting any response from their side
