Today I received call from your agent to collect the sound box device as not operational. He also told me that the device is deactivated but your monthly rental is still on.
I was surprised as I asked for disconnection in the month of September as monthly rental is not affordable and my sound box subscription was deactivated.
Post deactivation I am using your service without soundbox device but today when I checked the details it is showing me 125 rental deduction on 02nd October, 107 rental deduction on 02nd November. And also 18 rs is still pending for deduction.
This is nothing but the cheating of poor customer.
