Paytm sound box is not working till now : I had done replace ment of Paytm sound box and that sound box is not working till now 10 to 15 days has passes and Paytm customer care is also not helping they raise complaint but no use please do some and I also want charge of Paytm sound box back

I had done replacement of Paytm sound box 2.0 . They had done replacement but they had given me small sound box and that small sound box is also not working many days has pass and there is no response from customers care also they had said that your issue will be solve in 48-96 hour but 15 days has passes
