My name is Ashok Singh and I am the Residence of kashmiri colony plot no -207 Z-Block Prem Nagar Najafgarh New Delhi 110043
I want to inform you that paytm give me a sound box 299 rupees and said the money he take it will be refundable but it not given next he Said that no monthly rental charge will be deducted but til he dedudcted automatically 125 monthly charges.
He give his sound box in january 2022 in feb they started charges monthly 125 per month.
Then in next month in march i stared complaint for deactivated the Sound box but no action will taken i complaint so many time to deactivate my sound box but still no action will taken

These are complaint No. but still now no action taken and he contiously deducting my money without my Permission.
So now i requested to you take strict Action regarding behind the Paytm for future problem and they did not deduct my money as usaually they deducted from my account without my permission.
