I would like to bring it to your notice that, sound box provided by paytm business was not working since 29th may 2022. multiple tickets were raised and multiple follow up’s were taken. still either the problem is solved nor replacement is given. This is really a frustrating event in my life. i never faced such response from any customer care services. The rental charges towards the sound box were collected from my account even under the equipment under breakdown condition. The same is escalated to customer care team. But i don’t find any solution from Paytm team.
