Paytm employee came to my shop with this new paytm sound box and said that it is completely free of cost to use and didn’t tell me about the Rs 125/month charges. It has been four months charges are deducted on regular basis every month and there is no one answerable for the same at paytm end. Fraudulent practice and misleading the customers all over India is the key concern here.
