I bought sounbox from Paytm company . They delivered me it in Hindi language . But i want to change the notification sound to English. So i requested replacement .. on 4th of may Paytm took my soundbox for replacement and guaranteed to deliver in 7-10 days . I called them on 13th may .. they said it will be delivered with next 24-48 hours .. i waited for 3 more days … Today it’s 27th of may .. I still didn’t get my soundbox .. moreover Paytm customer care stopped receiving my calls .. i suggest don’t order anything from Paytm .. they just harassing the customers .. i really need compensation from Paytm company for this type of behaviour ..
