Need your help on urgent basis.
This is regarding paytm I would like to just share my experience with you so that you can show this to other customers but I would post on the social media so that other people are able to learn from my disastrous mistake of choosing Paytm. This would save them humiliation harassment and specifically time.
So this all started as below
I have added INR 10000/- in my paytm wallet from the credit card for sending in my bank account. But due to KYC problem i was unavailable to send it.
After that i talked to the paytm social media Twitter team. They told me that you need to complete your KYC for sending the money in the bank account but i denied to complete my KYC due to some problem.
Then they suggested me that we can close your paytm account and will send your paytm wallet amount in your bank account by NEFT
I was agree on that statement.
After that paytm social media team asked me that send me your bank account details and the details of the added amount in Paytm wallet by credit card.
I sent it to paytm team directly by DM
After sent the details of my account and credit card to the paytm team then few hours later i got the countinue 5 message of transaction of codapay.
Then after three hours your team told me that there is no sufficient balance in your payment wallet to send in bank account.
Then i asked why ?? After that i sent all the screenshot of the all transactions to the paytm team.
Then Few minutes later i got the message from paytm that we are working on your query and will resolve it soon
But now its more then 5 days, but nobody is taking the responsibility to reply my message.
I want my refund on urgent basis.
I am in great problem due to coronavirus
The next level of humiliation came on 29th march when paytm guys crossed all your limits of cheating on us. after giving repeated calls messages on Twitter and Facebook the guy on the other end responded casually that “ye to chalta hai wait kro refund aajega” paytm guys cheated on us giving fake commitments here your immoral attitude was clearly visible and paytm team is really hopeless money mongering people.

I have tagged all the post of paytm CEO Mr. vijay shekhar on Twitter but great person also not able to reply so very disappointed.
Now i am planning to FIR against paytm
