i have received 10000 from 9558344388 on my paytm business account. but this amount is not credited in my bank account. i have tried many times to contact customer care but there is no option available for this.
my registered mobile number is 9104954677. transaction date 16/12/18.
i have attached screen shot for the said transaction.
