hi my name ramachander, i bought paytm voucher from paytm deals worth of 2000/- Rs, while trying to redeem the voucher, shop owner refused to redeem the voucher(according to him he never deal with paytm), i complain to paytm nearly 70-100 times never got proper response, they just keep asking me to send proofs, i send it to them, when inquiry about my complaint they just keep telling that we working on it, at last i got call from paytm, but i missed the call, immediately i replayed to mail asking them to call back. they refused to call back, i try to reach customer care but they again ask me to complaint through paytm 24/7 help.
i done it again, but no response from them, it’s nearly 4 months.
