Order id-13508425866
I order for Bluetooth headset in Paytm mall app. But we receive earphone. That is fraud of seller After delivery we put cancellation request on Paytm app. And want full refund. But after pickup by the delivery agent Paytm again place a new order with order id- 13508425866. Now i want to cancel the order by Paytm app. But in order section cancellation option shown but cancellation not proceed.
As you see in Paytm app this product comes under cancellation. But now cancellation not proceed.
I also register complaint in national consumer forum portal with Docket number-2730785
Please help me in cancellation and give full refund.
