Paytm offered me postpaid option, but didn’t inform me about convince fee. So when I saw the convience fee in my bill, i tried to contact them but unable to do so because Paytm postpaid has no calling service.
So I wrote in chat box to call me up to resolve this issue, but they didn’t responded and after few weeks they replied “sorry for the inconvenience ” in mean while they had already added late fee.
Now they have blocked my paytm postpaid but late fee is continuously adding every month.
This is a scam they are doing with the customer.
