Hi ,
I place the order  of Jack & Jones Men Cardigan on September 2018  and received thr order on 26 September. Due to the worse quality of product I placed a return request on 4 October 2018 but till now 13 October no one has picked up the order from my address and I have complained twice in Paytm Customer care and they said don’t worry your order will be returned and now 15 days have passed and now it’s mentioning your order can’t be returned. It is now a wastage of 900 rupees for me as they not returning the product despit all the messages I’m sending on Paytm Mall Customer care through app also.

How many time it will take to return the product and  try to call customer care number but no one customer care officer picking the call.I have all the call recordings of complaint registered by me on Paytm Customer Care. I fad
up with your service.
